About Us
This up and coming website for antiques and collectibles is an on-going project for a couple of avid auction-goers, antique shoppers and lovers.
Tim Bronstein and Susan DeLucia are the designers and owners of Antiques from the Web. They both are graphic artists, they love working together and they share an interest and enthusiasm for art and antiques.
Tim’s passion is in antique bottles, he has been collecting them since he was a teenage boy, digging them up at sites in his old neighborhood. He is always on the look-out for new places to dig and is a bottle digger at heart, but Tim has discovered it is easier to buy old bottles rather then dig them, so now he does both.
Susan’s passion is in antique textiles and vintage sewing. She has been a seamstress since she was a young teenage girl and today she is a quilt maker, artist and photographer. She can not resist looking through old buttons, studying antique quilts and collecting sewing items, fabrics, notions, machines and textiles.
In their travels and adventures in collecting bottles and buttons they have found many others items that interest them – Victorian trade cards, vintage prints and ornate picture frames, to name a couple. It is their wish to continue to collect these items and share them with the world. They cannot possible keep all they acquire. They would also like to invite others that share this passion to contact them for an opportunity to feature an item they would like to share and sell on this website
